Where to redeem my NARO gift card?
All virtual and physical NARO gift cards are redeemable at NARO only. Gift cards for Atoboy are available here and may only be used at Atoboy. At this time Atomix does not offer the sale of gift cards.
What is my NARO gift card balance?
Can I buy gift cards in bulk?

What if I can’t locate my electronic gift card?
Please check your inbox for an e-mail for your electronic gift card from ‘no-reply@toasttab.com’. Sometimes the email will go to a spam folder accidentally. If you still cannot find your card, please e-mail info@naronyc.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
How do I receive a gift card that I ordered online?
Electronic gift cards are available for purchase online and will be delivered via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail within 12 hours, please e-mail info@naronyc.com with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
Do NARO gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire, however if unused after 5 years, the gift card will need to be re-issued. Please reach out to info@naronyc.com if your gift card is about to reach 5 years with zero activity.
